LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any booking you make with ProFlightsBooking ("we", "us") by phone at (844) 213-5611. By using the site or placing a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
What we are
ProFlightsBooking is an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline, we don't own or operate aircraft, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. All flights are operated by the airlines named on your ticket, and airline names and marks belong to their respective owners. Airfare, schedules, routes, baggage allowances, and fare rules are set and controlled by the operating carrier and can change without notice.
Using the site and the phone line
- The site is for informational purposes: it describes the service and how to reach us. It does not process bookings online and does not require an account.
- Bookings are made by phone. Quotes we give on a call are subject to real-time availability and can change until a ticket is actually issued.
- You agree to provide accurate traveler information, including legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued ID, and to keep your contact information current.
- You agree not to misuse the phone line or site — no abusive conduct toward staff, no automated dialing against our number, no attempts to disrupt the service.
Quotes, availability, and ticketing
Fares are dynamic and controlled by airlines. A quote is valid only at the moment it's given and only once a ticket is issued is your seat confirmed. If a fare changes before ticketing, we'll tell you and get your approval before charging anything. We quote the full price you'll pay — airfare plus any service fee — before you approve; there are no hidden fees added after approval.
After ticketing, the airline's fare rules govern changes, cancellations, and refunds. Many discounted fares are restrictive. We'll spell out the rules of any fare before you buy it, so what you hear on the call is what applies later.
Payment
- You approve the exact total before any charge is made.
- Charges may appear on your statement under our name or a processing partner; we'll tell you which descriptor to expect so you can recognize it.
- Refunds, when a fare permits them, are processed to the original form of payment; airline-controlled penalties and any disclosed service fees may apply.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent card use is grounds for cancelling bookings and reporting to authorities.
Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
Change and cancellation rights come from the fare you purchased, and airlines enforce them strictly — same-day changes, fees, fare differences, and non-refundability all work exactly as disclosed on your call. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, the airline's policies and applicable law determine your options, and we'll assist you in dealing with the carrier.
Travel documents and responsibilities
You're responsible for having valid travel documents: government ID for domestic travel, a valid passport (and any required visas) for international travel. Airlines and border authorities deny boarding for document problems, and we can't override that. Travelers are also responsible for meeting health requirements and any entry rules at their destination. Check-in requirements, baggage rules, and airport arrival times are set by each airline and provided with your confirmation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we act as a booking agent for services supplied by airlines and other providers, and our liability relates to our own booking services — not the transportation itself, which is the carrier's responsibility under its conditions of carriage and applicable conventions (such as the Montreal Convention for international air travel). We're not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, denied boarding, baggage issues, or losses arising from travel, beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is not permitted by law.
Disputes
We'd always rather fix a problem than argue about it. If something goes wrong, call us first and give us the chance to make it right. Any dispute that can't be resolved by phone will be handled under applicable law; you and we both keep whatever rights the law gives you that we can't take away, including consumer protections in your state or country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and to bookings made after it's posted. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly.
Questions about these Terms
Call us at (844) 213-5611 with any question about a quote, a booking, or these Terms. We'll explain anything that isn't clear before you commit to a purchase.
