01 — WHY CALL
We search the same flights you'd hunt for online — different carriers, nearby airports, flexible dates — and put the real options in front of you in one conversation.
Questions about bags, layovers, or seat assignments get answered before you pay. If a fare has a catch — a long connection, a basic-economy restriction — you hear it straight.
Once you pick a flight, we book it on the call and send your confirmation with the airline's record locator. You know your ticket is issued, not "pending".
Have your travel dates flexible by a day or two if you can — shifting a departure often moves the fare more than any promo code. If you're booking for several people, tell us first; group space doesn't always price the same as one seat.
02 — HOW IT WORKS
Where, when, how many travelers, and anything that matters to you — nonstop only, morning departures, a specific airline.
We read out the best fares we find, with the details that change the price: connections, baggage, and fare rules.
You approve the total, we issue the ticket, and your confirmation lands in your inbox while we're still on the line.
03 — WHERE WE FLY
Fares change daily, so we don't post prices. Call with your dates and we'll quote live options for these and any other city pair.
Popular from spring through fall; overnight eastbound, morning arrival.
Long-haul pairs often price better with a stop; we lay out both.
Heavy in winter. Booking a few weeks ahead usually pays off.
Short hop, big schedule range — same-day alternatives exist.
Ultra-long-haul; we check both nonstops and one-stop routings.
Shoulder-season dates (Nov, early Mar) tend to carry the softer fares.
04 — FAQ
By phone — that's the whole service. It keeps a person in the loop for the parts of booking that go wrong most often: fare rules, baggage, and schedule changes.
No. ProFlightsBooking is an independent travel booking service. We search published fares from many airlines and book tickets on your behalf. Airline names and marks belong to their owners.
You hear the full total — airfare plus any service fee — before you approve anything. Nothing is charged until you say yes on the call.
That depends on the fare you choose. Every option we quote comes with its change and cancellation rules spelled out. Airline rules apply to any change after ticketing, and any service fees are disclosed upfront.
Travel dates (flexible if possible), each traveler's name exactly as on their government ID, and a payment card for ticketing. For international trips, a valid passport is required to travel.
