LEGAL
Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ProFlightsBooking ("we", "us") handles information when you call us at (844) 213-5611 or use this website. We keep this policy plain-spoken: we collect what we need to book your flight, we use it to provide the service, and we don't sell it.
Information we collect
When you book by phone, we collect the information necessary to research flights and issue tickets:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address, so we can reach you and deliver confirmations.
- Traveler details — the names, dates of birth, and (for international travel) passport information of each traveler, exactly as required by the airline and government authorities.
- Trip preferences — destinations, dates, seating preferences, and anything else you tell us you need from your trip.
- Payment details — payment card information, collected on the call for the sole purpose of ticketing your booking. We treat this as sensitive and limit who and what can access it.
When you use this website, we receive basic technical information your browser sends to any website (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request). This site is informational; it does not require an account and does not place advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
How we use information
- To search fares, quote options, and book flights and related travel services you request.
- To process payment for those bookings.
- To send you confirmations, receipts, and important notices about trips you have booked (schedule changes, cancellations, check-in reminders).
- To respond to your questions and provide support before, during, and after your trip.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements that apply to travel sales.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Booking a flight necessarily involves sharing traveler details with others, limited to what each needs:
- Airlines and travel suppliers — to create reservations and issue tickets in their systems.
- Payment processors and card networks — to charge your card securely and handle refunds or disputes.
- Service providers — companies that host our systems or help us operate the phone line and website, bound by contract to use information only for us.
- Authorities — where the law requires it, including government agencies for international travel (such as secure flight and customs data programs).
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to service your trip, handle any dispute or chargeback, and satisfy tax and record-keeping rules that apply to travel transactions. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — access limited to staff who need it, encrypted transport for data in transit, and payment data handled by established processors. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't promise absolute security, but we take our responsibility seriously and investigate any suspected issue promptly.
Calls and recording
We may monitor or record calls for quality assurance and to keep an accurate record of what was booked and quoted. Where the law requires two-party consent, we will tell you before recording begins, and you may ask us to proceed without it where that's legally possible.
Your choices
- Access and correction — you can ask what information we hold about you and request corrections at any time.
- Deletion — you can ask us to delete personal information we no longer need for an active booking or a legal record-keeping duty.
- Marketing — if we ever contact you with offers, you can tell us to stop, and we will.
- Do Not Track — this site doesn't track you across other websites, so "Do Not Track" signals don't change anything here.
Children
We book flights for families, but we only take booking requests from adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, call us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant and affects bookings already made in a material way, we'll notify affected customers directly.
Contacting us about privacy
For any privacy question, request, or complaint, call us at (844) 213-5611 and ask to speak with someone about a privacy request. We'll respond promptly and tell you plainly what we can and can't do, and why.
